この度、当社が取り組んだプロジェクトがダイバーシティ推進の一助として認められ、受賞の栄誉に浴しました。

「職場いきいきプロジェクト」（女性活躍促進プログラム）

2013年に女性が働きやすい職場環境づくりを目的として始動。
特に、育児休職者がスムースに職場復帰できるようサポートしています。
育児に関する諸制度を周知すると同時に、育児休職中の社員や、育児経験者、受入職場の所属長宛のアンケート実施を通じて社内の相互理解を心掛けました。
休職中の社員が安心して復職できるよう年１回懇親会を開催する等活動を続けています。
こうした取組みの結果、育児休職後の女性管理職登用も出始めてきております。

「チャレンジドプロジェクト」（障がい者雇用促進プログラム）

障がい者の雇用拡大を目指し、社内横断のプロジェクトメンバーで結成。
職場スタッフが協力しながら、障がいがある方でも受入しやすい仕事を抜き出し、わかりやすい専用の業務マニュアルを作成する等工夫を重ねました。また、メンバーが定期的に振り返り面談を通じてサポートを続けることで　2016年のプロジェクト開始当初28人だった障がい者が今では40人となりホテルの各部署で働いています。

For guests with food allergies

Basic Policies of the Hotel

At our hotel, we put the safety of our guests first, so that you can enjoy your meal. We will do our best to accommodate food allergies.

1.If you have any allergies, we ask that you please make a reservation and inform us of your details prior to your visit. Therefore, we ask that you understand if we receive your request on the day of your arrival without prior notice, we may have to refuse your request based on the safety considerations.
2.Allergen-free food and beverages are handled in the same kitchen and may share cookware and equipment with a variety of other foods and ingredients. Due to the risk of cross-contact, we are unable to completely prevent contamination with trace amounts of an allergen.
3.The allergen information we use is based on the ingredient information (food labeling) of the ingredients used and from their manufacturers, etc.
4.In instances where it may become difficult to provide safe food and beverages to a guest, or if symptoms are too severe, we may have no other choice but to decline service to that guest.

Notice concerning display of ingredients

For the eight specific allergenic ingredients and the two items beef and pork in the breakfast buffet
(at the executive floors, "The Presidential Towers" ,and All Day Dining REMONE ),
we display allergens using “ingredient pictograms.”

* Please ask our staff about alcohol.
* Allergen information displayed on the pictogram is based on ingredients information (specifications, etc.) from the ingredients used and the manufacturer.
However, hotel kitchens, some manufacturers and so forth use the same kitchens and cooking utensils to process and cook other food ingredients in some cases.
Therefore, it is impossible to completely prevent airborne contaminants, trace contamination, etc.
* Tongs and tableware used in the restaurant are used in multiple dishes containing allergens and used with shared equipment.
* Please make your final decision yourself after reviewing and confirming the above-mentioned details before use.
