Earning Points

Points are awarded on accommodation, dining at restaurants (excluding outsourced tenants), and bar charges within participating facilities, including cover charges and private room fees, hotel products, and purchases made through the online shopping site.
Eligible spending does not include taxes, local taxes, tips, or delivery fees. Points are awarded only for bookings made directly with the hotel.
Please present your membership screen when using services at each hotel.
To earn points on the online shopping site, registration for the linked membership service is required.

※Exclusions
Points will not be awarded in the following cases:

  • ・Taxes, local taxes, tips, and delivery fees
  • ・Payments made by methods other than cash, credit card, debit card, e-money, or RIHGA gift checks
  • ・Annual fees for affiliated cards
  • ・Bookings made via travel agencies or third-party reservation sites (excluding the official website/app)
  • ・Use of accommodation vouchers (including ryokan vouchers)
  • ・Charges during stays such as parking, minibar, telephone, massage, laundry, fax services, executive floor lounge visitor fees, and lounge private room fees
  • ・Non-dining charges at restaurants and bars (e.g., floral arrangements, audio equipment)
  • ・Use of the online shopping site without registering for the linked membership service
  • ・Fees for ancillary facilities
  • ・Banquets, weddings, and receptions
  • ・Purchases of event tickets or RIHGA gift checks
  • ・Membership fees, lesson fees, massage, and laundry fees at facilities such as health clubs
  • ・Payments made using redeemed points
  • ・Any other items designated as ineligible by participating facilities

Redeeming Points

Accumulated points can be redeemed at participating facilities in units of 100 points, with 100 points equivalent to JPY 100.
Please present your membership screen at the time of payment when using services at each hotel.
To use points on the online shopping site, registration for the linked membership service is required.

  • ・Annual fees for affiliated cards
  • ・Bookings made via travel agencies or third-party reservation sites (excluding the official website/app)

Notes & Important Information

  • ※1 Granted on the 1st day of the month preceding your birth month (for the member only).
    If you have not yet registered your date of birth, please complete your birthday registration at least two months before your birth month.
  • ※2 The validity period is three months, including the month in which the points are granted.
    Example: If your birthday is in August, points will be granted on July 1, and will expire on September 30.
  • ※3 Late check-out is available until 3:00 PM.
    This benefit applies only to bookings made directly with the hotel.
    It cannot be combined with other benefits or discounts, and does not apply to reservations made through travel agencies or third-party booking sites (excluding our official website and app).
    Please note that this benefit may not be available depending on room availability on the day of departure.
    This benefit is not available at RIHGA Royal Resort Okinawa Chatan.
  • ※4 Applies only to hotel-operated restaurants and bars.
    It cannot be combined with other benefits or discounts, and does not apply to reservations made through booking sites (excluding our official website and app).
    At RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka, Vignette Collection, discounts are available at the following outlets (excluding takeout items):
    Kobe Kitcho, Nadaman, Tsuruya, Nakata, Tokyo Chikuyotei, Kodaisuzumezushi Sushiman, Dotonbori Imai, and Je T’aime Café.
    At RIHGA Royal Laguna Guam Resort, a 5% discount on food and beverage charges applies regardless of membership stage.
    This benefit is not available at RIHGA Royal Resort Okinawa Chatan and Anchored by RIHGA Osaka Namba.
  • ※5 Applies only to directly operated venues.
    This benefit does not apply if you apply through a wedding venue referral agency or a website operated by a wedding agent, or if you have already consulted with or signed a contract with the hotel.

Registration Bonus

About the 1,000 Bonus Points

  • The points will be credited immediately after you complete your registration through the app.
